These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SmartLead WP website (smartleadwp.com), the SmartLead WP WordPress plugin (the "Plugin"), and associated services (the "Service"), operated by SmartLead WP ("we", "us", or "our").

All paid subscriptions are billed annually through Freemius, our payment and licensing partner. Prices are in US Dollars and do not include applicable taxes.

If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests should be submitted through the Freemius account dashboard or by contacting us directly.

Renewals

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each year. You will receive a reminder before renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Freemius account, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Usage Limits

The free tier is limited to 15 AI-scored leads per month. This limit resets on the first day of each calendar month. Submissions beyond the limit are still captured in your WordPress database but will not be scored by the AI service until the limit resets or you upgrade.

Paid tiers include unlimited scoring. We reserve the right to enforce reasonable rate limits to prevent abuse (e.g., automated bulk submissions).

When AI scoring is enabled, form data is transmitted to and processed by our service infrastructure and the Anthropic Claude API. By enabling AI scoring, you confirm that you have the necessary authority and consent to transmit this data.

The SmartLead WP Plugin source code is licensed under the GPLv2+. All contributions and modifications are subject to this license.

Branding and Trademarks

The SmartLead WP name, logo, and branding are proprietary. While you may use the Plugin under the GPL, you may not use the SmartLead WP trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or that your product is the official SmartLead WP product without our prior written consent.

The content on smartleadwp.com (text, images, design) is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PLUGIN AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
